The difference between these Pumpkin Muffins and any other treat, in our home, is that they only last about 2 minutes. It's a scramble to get your fair share (or more!). And that's a lot of muffins to eat for the 4 of us! The old "wait till they cool, kids" while I eat them all up only worked for a little while--unfortunately, the kids are on to me now.

The only problem with the muffins is the long cook time (10 min.) and the smell that comes out of the oven while their baking--is there something you can do about that? It drives me nuts!

Samantha and I baked up the Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies. Very quick and easy to do. Very little mess left over to clean up. And WOW!! Those are some dynamite cookies. They barely lasted until the next morning. We all REALLY enjoyed them!!

Great flavor, they dipped in milk wonderfully (my favorite way of eating cookies, a tall cold glass of 2%). They also had great texture to them.

The Double Chocolate Dusters were (very past tense) delicious.

The only negative thing I can say is they went too fast. To quote one of my children: "Is that all there is?"
