• muffin tin
• 1/2 cup of butter
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup of water

Makes 12 muffins.

This recipe works well as mini muffins, too. Reduce cooking time for mini muffins. Cool completely and store in a lidded container or in a closeable bag.
